How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Everyone who contacts Argumentvisual Walk-In Tubs should be treated honestly and fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a concern and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics We Accept
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when calling or messaging Argumentvisual Walk-In Tubs
- How we handled your personal information
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start by raising it with the provider and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Note that Argumentvisual Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, refund a provider's work or act on a provider's behalf.
What to Send Us
Email contact@argumentvisual.beer with these details:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened and the outcome you want
After You Write
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will then review the matter, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with our findings and any steps we are taking.
Still Unresolved
If our reply does not settle things, answer it and ask for a second review. You can also turn to your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau. For licensed contractors, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
